Week 1: 1

     Today we began our final project that will be submitted to Cambridge. This day was mostly just discussions about what our initial plans will be for this project. My group from the midterm and I decided that we worked well together and would like to be in a group again. We began by discussing what the project would be on. Our midterm was about three girls being kidnapped by their Uber driver, and I really like how it turned out. As for genre, I suggested we keep it the same as our midterm but incorporate more crime and mystery than horror. I suggested if we keep the "kidnapper" more secretive through our shots/angles of him, it will create more mystery for the viewers of wo it is. I also suggested we create a missing poster to make the film seem as if the movie would be centered around finding the missing girls. 

    Once our group discussion was over, we had a meeting with our teacher for feedback. Here, he told us that our midterm was done very well, but we need to make sure we focus on continuity throughout so it will flow better. While he told us his thoughts, I took a few notes on what we should change from the original idea. Overall, today was very productive in establishing the initial plans for the project.
